ORDER CANCELED AT DELIVERY NO REASON GIVEN

With reference to below email. No assistance has been forthcoming I have been sent back and forth between MTN and courier and on 3 separate occasions courier advised that MTN gave the cancelation order with no reason.

MTN below confirmed order is en route after affording contract.

MTN sales are not able to provide a reason why the delivery was canceled and told me to go to a branch closest to me and REAPPLY. Furthermore when I requested to speak to customer complaints number provided did not connect.

This is a NEW contract and I was considering moving my own number over, however this service does not bode well as a recommendation for MTN.

Tried to call customer complaints on *** as provided by MTN Sales and does not connect.

This order is a Christmas present and I want this resolved immediately.
