OR Thambo - poor service
<p>a very unfortunate situation where two ladies where very busy with customers and two male colleagues (busy with something ??) ignored the growing queue of people I waited 15 minutes two or three other people in the que walked away with out being served ........ When I got to the front the ladies could not help me ...... I then phones the manager and was given a very mediocre response </p>
