Disappointed customer...I've tried to cancel my contracts on August 31st 2022 cancellation was logged but nothing occurred...no communication no updates ..only to realise my account is in arrears I've called retentions dept numerous times no assistance Please can I receive some assistance as to these contracts which should of been cancelled year's ago As its affecting my credit score.. Pathetic service from mtn customer care dept
