******* or just unorganised?

Worst service provided ever!!! They have milked me ever since I took a contract with them. First it was the stupid insurance that I cancelled which was never processed on their side then it was debiting and charging more than they should on my account and then they debit even after they’ve received payment from me. They owe me money and still they keep taking from. Their excuses are never ending and one of them is the special one “ our system isn’t working properly”, this is my first contract ever and I’ve had nothing but a bad and traumatic experience. I would never recommend them to anyone. I can’t wait to have this contract cancelled
