Or Breach of Contract or Call Centre

MTN is supposed to send an account to me every month. My children are student and have MTN contracts and the account was R500 to R900 per month. 3 months ago it shot up to R3246, R3110, and R4995. I tried to register on the website to find out more (like Vodacom I can) but it kept on sending PIN to the children's phones. I phoned on 26 Aug and after answering 20 questions was promised that within 2 to 48 hours I will get an detailed account - each costing me R25 or so. I was also told to go to a MTN shop and place a limit on the accounts. No - email! Friday 28th I phoned again and 20 questions later was told that they will send me the detail accounts within 2 to 48 hours. Saturday I went to a mall and was told they cannot put a limit on the account - but I can take out a new contract (yea - over my dead body) - and the next account will be for R3300!! This morning (31st) I phoned again after I still did NOT received any accounts and the *********** staff was not willing to assist me if I did not answer all the questions in their 40 security interview. I was again promised the accounts will be emailed within 2 to 48 hours. I do not believe them. I WILL cancel my contracts soon.
