OPT Out Pointless - STOP SPAMMING ME
I am constantly bombarded with marketing related SMS's that I do not want. From MoMo especially.
I have dialled the short codes to opt out, I have turned off marketing on the app twice. A few days later, it is re-enabled and I am once again bombarded!!!
When I choose to opt out or disbale my marketing preferences, I do it for a reason. I dont care about MoMo, I dont want to receive a message daily about it! I have made my selection to be removed from these comms, and by receiving them without opting back in MTN is in breach of the communication laws of SA.
So please, try message me again and I will lodge a formal complaint about your marketing methods

If you take a look at my complaint I mentioned I had already done that, as well as via the MTN app, TWICE. It stops for a day or two then happens again.
This has been the case for myself and my entire family (we have all followed the steps and "opted out") yet we are all receiving messages still

If you take a look at my complaint I mentioned I had already done that, as well as via the MTN app, TWICE. It stops for a day or two then happens again.
