Open order status 4days now on my name which had to take 3hour to finalize

I had taken out a contract at Canal wall store four days ago and consultant Anderson was helping me , continue to help suddenly I have a open order on my name , 4days later still no changes on Ilula system! Which other MTN consultant can’t understand why it take so long for iS department to help me with this issue and I called supervisor Shaun of the store and he gives attitude,because I asked about my open status on my name ?!?!
