open line
I took a tablet on a top up contract in March this year. To my surprise when the debit order went off it was more than the agreed amount. The contract i agreed to was R250pm but my account is debited R978. I called 808 and found out it is a open line contract and this month my bill came out to R1700. I Will not pay that amount coz i never agreed to a open line. If this matter is not sorted out i will be taking this matter further. I have called and emailed and no1 came back to me or gave me solution to a problem caused by Mtn and their staff
