Open Letter To MTN

Cont... Now a month later, to make matters worse, i wake up again to find my service suspended when I tried to make calls. What a timing!!! :( they chose to suspend my line on a long weekend!! I go to the nearest MTN store to inquire, to my shock I was told that my line was suspended because I have reached a thousand rand limit, which apparently is part of the credit bureau policy of setting limits on subscribers. This information which the re-seller have no knowledge of, is coming from MTN customer's care as I stand there waiting to be helped.

I'm like ***!!! I have never had a limit on my line before, I never requested a limit, I am capable of paying for the service I used at any given time... What Nonsense is this!!! Now to activate the line or increase the limit, the MTN Re-seller Agent has to send a formal email request, they don't even give me an option of what my limit should be set to, if at all that stupid policy exists, I am told that because tomorrow (Monday) is a holiday I can only get response from MTN head office on Tuesday when they back at work, meaning I'm without a service for the next two to three days :(
