Open Contract can't be migrated
When I got my ex-wife a new contract I thought it would be a good idea to get an open contract so that she won't be without airtime. Now as things work out I am constantly paying exorbitant prices every month because she is phoning everyone. I approached MTN to try and migrate the contract to a closed line contract to cap the spend, but they were unable to help and actually agreed that I should go over to CellC?? Really??!

11 Apr 2016, 11:18Hello brutes2,
Thank you for taking my call earlier.
As discussed, i have now migrated the number in question to the MTN Anytime 350 Top Up package with a slightly higher subscription.
The user will no longer be able to generate additional usage after their airtime & data has been depleted.
Regards
Tim
