Online Upgrade Woes

Beware when ordering an upgrade online at MTN. Nowhere during the entire process of device and plan selection does it warn you if there is stock availability issues. They quite happily advise you that your order has been processed and that you will receive your new device within 10 working days. There is no active follow-up from their side. They leave it entirely up to you to find out why there is a delay.
