Online Upgrade Disaster

I have upgraded my contract online via the MTN website. Selected a new package and device.

I received an email from MTN for my " MTN Contract Application Confirmation with a reference number.

Three days later I received an sms saying that "you have been successfully upgraded" .

Now my new package has been loaded, but now no one can explain to me when I will be receiving my new cellphone, I am constantly referred from MTN to CCI which also have no info for me.
