Online upgrade deals with Mondo and MTN

I had a cellphone contract with MTN,that was due for an upgrade and I upgraded online,worst mistake ever 😢 I ordered a Mecer laptop that came with a router,upon delivery I noticed the keyboard was not working,I immediately called them to let them know and they sent a courier to come pick it up,this was in June 2021 and till date the laptop was never sent back to me. After countless emails to MTN and Mondo to try and and cancel the contract I was atleast assisted last month😩but now MTN sent me a R4400 bill that they claim is for early termination of my contract that I must pay back,as to why I should pay for something I never got to own I don't understand.

And i payed my account in full for the 1st 5 months after I sent the laptop back as I promised the money will be refunded to my account.

Mondo is a ****,play as far away from them as you can.
