Online upgrade ****

I have been trying to contact MTN since last year but with no luck. They don't reply to my mail and their call centre is very poor. They changed my contract package without my consent and increased my premium with 60% without my acknowledgement. This is ruining my credit score. MTN is not reliable and it's bull sh@t
