Online store pathetic

Yoh guys im tired and i think im done with mtn, im over being angry at this. I have been to 2 stores already and they cant assist. Protea gardens mall is as good as a franchise. Im being told to come back because your system is offline. God knows im tired, i can not believe struggling with something that someone did within minutes. It didn't take this long for them to change my number now its taking years to return back my number. I have resorted to returning back the router thinking its a better option but im still here. I regret ever buying online, why start something that you cant manage?
