Online ordering experience is ****py.

Mtn needs to do something about their rewards their party which fulfills orders made online on the MTN website. Last year I bought a laptop it was supposed to come with a laptop bag and cordless mouse and antivirus all these things never came I only got a laptop, last month I bought a tablet and it it was supposed to come with a cover, freebuds and a power bank, I never received my power bank. These are part of the package I have written emails and noone is even responding. We are supposed to do things online because of Covid but MTN is not for that clearly as they tell you they can't help you and you must deal with the rewards part.
