ONLINE ORDER CANCELLATION NIGTHMARE

MTN please assist in the cancellation of my wrong order that i have placed . Dont understand how it can take from the 26st Oct todate to cancel a order something i dont even have went back to the warehouse untouched. This is keeping me from placing a new order with you
