Online MTN contract

Mtn south africa is a big ****, they called me last week on the 08 of October regarding the upgrade my contract, I did agree to upgrade my Two cellphone that I have at the moment, today on the 2022-10-20 the send the dsv company to deliver one cellphone, when I ask him they said the only have one cellphone, hancce they already send my bank the debit order mandit to debit money for two cellphone. I send the cellphone back with the dsv company and I am not happy abaut all this.i don't think I will ever use MTN again in cellphone contract. They don't do what they promised to the customer. This online Mtn is a big **** 😒 😑 never in my life trust them never.
