online contract with mtn

I don't recommend anyone to buy a cellphone online with mtn. Their customer service is the WORST!!! I called in to get a samsung cellphone and they processed everything, and i accepted their debicheck. When it was time for delivery ,that was never DONE!!! I called the dsv logistics and they told me i should contact mtn customer service. I did so to give them my contact number where they will find me. They told me its updated and i will be called for delivery ,but non of that was done!! I called back probably 5 times and they kept transferring my call to customer service ,from customer service to sales ,from sales to billing. No one could assist me! I called in again the next day for a follow up on my delivery one agent told me they will me for a re-delivery,and they never called me back! when i called in again at DSV i was told the package is returned to mtn. So i honestly wouldnt recommend anyone to buy online with MTN, they are the worst!!!
