Online Contract Upgrade Nightmare

I requested for a contract upgrade nearly 4 weeks ago, till today i am still waiting for my device and watch requested. I have called constantly asking what is going on i get told it is approved. I was told it takes between 7 to 10 working days to receive my device yet i am still waiting. This makes me want to cancel my contract with MTN and move to another Network provider. I am having issues with my current device thats why i needed my new device. The service is really poor.
