Online contract upgrade

Oh my word, never do an contract upgrade online. Did one on 8 February 2025 and it got approved. Got a call from MTN upgrades on the 10th and that was it. It is now 24 February 2025 and still nothing. Tried phoning 135 and after going through all the security checks got the information I already knew, just to call another number *** and going through all the security checks again and got redirected back to the same department I have started. this happened 4 times. and still I get now answer. Every time an agent check on the status I get an SMS stating: "Yello Customer!! Your device delivery status for order 1******xx is updated on Thank you for using MTN" there is no dated specified on this sms. and no agent can tell me what is causing the delay. So I can forget on getting this upgrade and will let this current contract expire and then maybe they will start bothering me again on upgrading my contract. I am done period.
