Online applications are a waste of time

I app**** for 2 Black Friday Specials online. I was told I would be called within 48 hours. I have not received a call. So I call MTN and I am referred to the sub contractors that handle the online applications. One application was cancelled, god knows why. The other is not reflecting on their system. I have confirmation emails from MTN that I made an application. Second why is my application cancelled with out my knowledge?? I don't have the time to run around after MTN staff and contractors, you should not give us an option to apply online if your teams are useless.
