Online application

I want to apply for a new laptop contract and I'm currently on holiday . I went to the MTN store here in my holiday destination and they could not help me for they don't have any stock. I phoned several times and no one could help me, lines got cut and dropped I app**** online and they phone me after a hour, which was good. They lady helped me on the phone and then said after all the information I give that I should visit my local store, when I said on holiday and when to the store, the snap back at me and said if I'm on holiday I'm able to go to the store and drop the call on me. The reason I tried to app**** online is for the store at the home is pathetic and does not help at all, therefor the reason I want to work online. Just very stunned at the attitude of the agent that was suppose to help but she would rather just sit there and earn money without doing her job.
