Online Application a Mess

I app**** for a Laptop online on the 17th March 2022 received a call from the consultant to gather more information on my application since that time till to date there has not been a status update, no communication from MTN regarding the status of my application every time I call to enquire I get referred to Mondo where no one knows what is happening with my application. I call MTN for assistance they always tell me that they have escalated I should receive a call till to date there has been no correspondence from them.

The once consultant gave me a tracker number for delivery and nothing was sent to the courier the application had not even reached that stage, I went to the Kolonnade branch to ask for assistance the gentlemen said on their system they cant do anything on the application I will need to call Mondo on *** to enquire further as he cant even she who the consultant is that is working on the application, I honestly don't know if this is still valid or not with the many up and downs.

The service I got is very poor I cant even start another application elsewhere as I am not sure if this has been recorded on my ITC record or not.
