Ongoing Service Issues for months!!!!

I am extremely frustrated with MTN's abysmal service quality. For months, I've experienced continuous disruptions that have severely impacted my work. Despite numerous complaints, the issues persist, and the support provided has been minimal. To mitigate the situation, I've had to purchase additional data bundles at my own expense, further adding to my dissatisfaction. This ongoing ordeal has caused significant inconvenience and financial strain. I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider choosing MTN as their service provider.

I am sad that they don't have a zero star rating for this kind of pathetic service!
