Ongoing Refund Issue – Lack of Resolution

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received from MTN regarding my refund request. Since the end of March 2026, I have been attempting to resolve this matter, yet it remains unresolved to date.

Despite numerous calls to the call centre, I am repeatedly transferred between agents and departments without any meaningful progress. Each time, a case is opened, and I am instructed to submit documents with the assurance that the refund will be processed within seven days. Unfortunately, these assurances have not been honoured, and no refund has been issued.

This prolonged and inefficient process has caused significant frustration and disappointment. A refund should be a straightforward matter, yet MTN has failed to demonstrate accountability, efficiency, or customer care in handling this issue.

I urge MTN to take immediate action to resolve this matter and to improve the quality of service provided to customers.
