Ongoing pathetic service from Mtn

Mtn has got to be the worst service provider ever! My cellphone contract with them ended in July, and I made sure that I call and send them an email informing them to cancel the contract as I had no intention of extending or renewing it. Now, 2 months later, after numerous attempts to call these people for the very same request for cancelation, they are still debuting my account, yet they keep acknowledging receipt of my emails and keep providing me with different reference numbers for this request. Never in my life have I struggled like this with any service provider, their service is plain pathetic and their staff are just the worst when it comes to being *********** and their lack of accountability is just embarrassing. I would never recommend anyone to use their services even if it was for free, Mtn is just plain pathetic!
