Ongoing MTN debacle
This is my 3rd review on the same subject of a ********** transaction by MTN. I had a call from MTN admitting to the ********** transaction and the promise of a refund. Still nothing happened. No refund and the same inflated amount is deducted from my account again this month.! It looks like i will have to cancel my contract in total to get this premium deduction rectified. Totally dissatisfied with MTN!!!!
