ONGOING LEGAL THREATS
After having been reassured by Alice van der Merwe that I had comp**** with all that was required to put an end to the ********** upgrade on my account and the constant harassment for money I do not owe, I have now had a call from Saya Recoveries to whom I have been handed over by MTN! Why is this matter not being attended to and my name being cleared? This is now ongoing since April last year and I am at my wits end. WHAT MORE DOES MTN WANT FROM ME - BLOOD FROM A ROCK? You have ruined my credit rating because of something your staff did. Get this mess sorted out!

24 Jan 2018, 11:33That may be all fair and well from your side but when Saya Recoveries call me I have nothing in writing to prove to them that this matter has been sorted out. I have requested before for written proof which has not been provided, so I am one again asking that MTN provide me with a written document advising that this matter is now closed.
