Ongoing issue for more than 6 months

MTN debited my account for 4 months unnecessarily. They refunded one month and not refunded the other 3 amounts. This has been ongoing for more than 6 months through various channels and is yet to be resolved. I just keep getting sent to a new channel with no success. Absolutely terrible customer service.
