ongoing cellphone contract
<p>I had a contract with mtn direct which was suppose to end october 2016,to my suprise after october 2016 i received an sms saying i have to pay my contract fee, i paid and reported this matter online and i was told to go to the nearest mtn shop to stop the contract,since well i app**** my contract online why do i havr to go to a store to stop this contract. If i dont get a chance to do so will i be required to always pay. The contract number am inquiring about is ********** 310</p>

Please be advised that the term date for the mobile number 083****310 is 2016-10-14, before or after the term date there is no request on the system to cancel the contract which is why it has continued on a month to month basis. We have requested our cancellation department to assist with this matter.
