Ongoing ***** by MTN employees

***** by employees seems to be standard operating procedure at MTN for a while now. Their complaints department admitted they are aware that there are issues with this within their company, but despite several complaints (when one manages to get through to their official ***** line) about their so-called "***** department" representatives regularly calling from MTN business lines in attempts to de***** our family, it has gotten worse and the attempts more frequent. Today involved swearing at us, after "Nathaniel" was called out on his con for the umpteenth time. Apparently he thinks someone will fall for the **** again and again after getting conned once. I've sold all my shares in MTN and will be moving the remaining family members' accounts to another service provider.
