Ongoin Data loading after several queries
MTN keeps loading data on my account that i never agreed too. They dont answer my queries - i told them to stop loading any data on my account (i do not have any contract with them - my contract stopped Febr 2015 but they keep loading monthly data on my account. They send me messages that my data bundle has expired, then again that my queries have been escalated to their accounts deivison - the next day data has been loaded again on my system What more must i do to stop any services with them? I also want my money back for the data they loaded without my permission<br> <br> <br>

I am terribly sorry for the inconveniences experienced as a result this. I completely understand the frustration it causes. As per our telephonic conversation the contract has been cancelled and the invoice for August credited.
