One2one Contract

I have a one2one contract with Foschini. The provider is MTN. I have been paying said amount R79 pm as of November 2019. No airtime as yet. Phoned them countless times just to be told it would be corrected within 48 hours. I wanted to cancel the contract and was told a fee would be due. They rennaged on the, not me.
