One year wait time for a eSIM activation

I have been waiting for MTN to activate a eSIM on my Apple watch S10 LTE for more than a year. Yet I have been paying for the eSIM service since day 1. absolutely pathetic service from all the digital support channels aswell as in store, and I have been to a few, trying to resolve this.
