One Week into Contract, Still no Phone
Last week, on Sunday, 6 December 2015, I attended at MTN in Galleria. My son's contract with another cellphone provider had come to an end and he had decided that he wanted a contract for the LG G4, from MTN. I, therefore, went through the process of signing documents etc, in order to get this new contract.
As I forgot my bank statements at home, I was told that I could e-mail same to the relevant personnel and a new phone would be forthcoming within 3-4 days. I was told that there was stock of the phone in the colour I wanted.
On Monday, 7 December 2015, I e-mailed the relevant documentation through. I got a telephone call shortly thereafter stating that I could collect the phone on Thursday.

On Thursday I was told that there was no stock of the phone and that I need to come back today
