If someone is trying to sign you up on MTN, Run in the opposite direction!! I app**** online for an LTE Sim card only contract only to receive just the card ( NO Packaging) thrown in a flyer bag and delivered to me.

Not bad enough yet? OK after providing the Driver with my RICA documents the sim card in question was never RICA'ed. I had already shipped it off to my brother in JHB to use. Who tells me thank you for the Data Card if only if worked! After calling MTN (09/04/2021 @ 19;42) and speaking to tiffany I am not advised that the only way to RICA this Sim Card is if i take it to a store! and the online RICA registration on the APP will not work. I have already couried this card at my cost to my brother because i was told this would be RICA with the documents i have provided! so how do I not RICA a sim card which is in another province!
