One Star

I have taken up a number of contracts in December, discovered in January a SIM card was not delivered but rang up bills to the value of almost R 6000.00.<br> I have been attempting to resolve the mystery, which was ordinary *****, without any results for a period of 4 month.<br> THEN!!!<br> I came across this dedicated lady by the name of Farzanah Karriem who listened, evaluated and promised to resolve<br> AND SHE DID!!!<br> Within 24 hours I was credited and the issue resolved!<br> <br> She is amazing and went all out to fulfill her promise!<br> She is a star which should be recognised as such by the MTN top management!!!<br> <br> Well done Farzanah!!!<br> <br> Adriana<br>
