One last request to MTN PROMISE!!

Oh MTN!,the only thing I want is to cancel my contract. I called the call center on the 17th of January 2020 requesting to cancel my contact. I was told to email the documents required to SME which I did on the same day.

I only received a reply on the 31st,which already to me is appalling,I mean what is the service turn around time there?

The reply was that we have escalated you query to the legal team. Today is the 17th of February 2020 and I'm still patiently waiting for service from the MTN legal team.

During this whole time, I'm on a month to month contract (assuming as my contact expired in December 2019). I have a trouble ticket number *** as I am a problem to MTN. All I'm humbly requesting for is that the contact be canceled so we can go our separate ways.
