One has to move mountains to cancel a contract with MTN while they continue billing you for absolutely no service

Ive been struggling to get ahold of anyone from Mtn to help me cancel and pay up my account. What is sad is that they will continue billing me even though my attempts to reach them have been fruitless. I do not recommend anyone to use this network. The service has been beyond underwhelming in this cancelation process.
