Once again, your accounting system is a big mess
Yet again, second month in a row, your billing is messed up! Last month was a double charge, this month the promo fee is about 3 times the normal amount. This is on the number ********** I want this reversed, and I want to know why you can't get things right. As this contract is nearing its end, send me the early termination fee. I cannot deal with having to complain month after month because your accounting is a big mess, and I have to police your accounts every month. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! I wonder how many other customers get duped like this

13 Mar 2018, 23:27You can take a hike and shove your service where the sun doesn’t shine. Send me the termination charges on my remaining contracts and say goodbye to a customer you had for 24 years.
