Once again unable to reach MTN Insurance

Once again I am unable to reach MTN Insurance and they simply do not reply to any email. My phone broke two months ago and the whole process was an absolute nightmare as I was unable to reach MTN for days and eventually they came to pick up my phone but never left me a promised loan phone. they kept my phone for almost four weeks and started sending emails warning me that my phone will be taken if I do not make payment. Without anyone to reach to find out the amount that needs to be payed and where to make payment I came across the number of the repair centre where I eventually found someone who could supply some help although I was still unable to inform mtn that I have made payment and so forth went and made a complaint on Hellopeter. I am once again heading for the same roller coaster as the new phone they brought me just switched off for no reason and does not charge or go on again and I am once again unable to reach mtn on the supp**** number or get any replies from the emails sent.
