once again I received really pathetic service from Mtn

<p>I am a loyal customer for over 11 years and once again Mtn you have shown me what really pathetic customer service is. I had a contract which was canceled and converted into prepaid but on the 1st of july R565.38 was debited from my bank account for unknown reasons. I was assured by 2 people from Mtn I would receive my money back within 3 to 5 working days and yet it is 19 days later and I haven't received my money back. Basically it was empty words and empty promises because Mtn staff are *********** in what they do. You guys are very good at creating problems for your customers and are useless at solving them. Good customer service should be the basis of any company because it creates a healthy relationship between the customer and the company but unfortunately Mtn does not believe in this. I want my money refunded immediately! my reference number is ********** 9</p>
