DEAR MTN,<br> I have not heard ANYTHING from you despite giving you alternative cell number *** opr my request that you only speak to me though mail because MTN has the tendency to \loose"calls/recordings and updates. May I kindly ask that you send me an email so that we can start engaging. Please do not send me up and down the river like you usually do.<br> Please give me ONE PERSON to talk to so that I can get this issue sorted.
