Once Again an MTN complaint Cancellations dept.

This is now my 2nd review on MTN South Africa! I received No reply from MTN South Africa for the 1st review! I did not expect to receive a reply from them because they are inundated with complaints and anything they may say could have negative legal implications for their company. They know their customer service is non existent!!! I dare MNT to reply to the fact that they do not answer calls when you dial 135 to cancel your contract after contract expires but they DO NOT FAIL TO KEEP TAKING MONEY OFF YOUR DEBIT ORDERS. We have now cancelled our debit order! I do not expect feedback in this regard as they know their service sucks! They are not going to admit it or apologize to anyone!! What really is irritating is that I have had 2 telesales calls from MTN today! Do they honestly expect us to want anything more from them! I would not advise ANYONE to use this NON SERVICE company!!!
