On the 20th of Augus...

On the 20th of August, we visited MTN store at Wonderpark and were treated like No bodies with no respect by Thandeka she had yellow nail polish on ....this lady was rude with some ghetto behaviour and lacked customer service...the store's service was like a Circus...the manager sat behind the counter eating a chewing gum and we were given a run around just to do a sim swap.... She eventually left her desk and told us to make a copy when we came back she told us rudely to sit down ...she said just sit down with a commanding tone...the she went to the back while listening to some voice note on her phone making snotty comments. The staff is incompetence and has a no care attitude. We were treated poorly like we were beggars. So so disappointing.MTN is this how you treat your customers? We demand an apology worse part she promised to call us back today and never did. She made us a laughing matter yesterday and spoke so loudly in the store.no one cared.
