On the 19th of June 2025, I received a call from an MTN representative with regard to my contract

On the 19th of June 2025, I received a call from an MTN representative with regard to my contract. The representative insisted my contract was due for upgrade to which I was reluctant, but it turned out that was true but only from 14 July 2025. This person, instead of doing an upgrade, had me on a new contract, and I now sit with multiple contracts with mtn, and right now, mtn is bouncing me around together with their third-party representative. MTN is now debting me for this contract and are not helpful in canceling. How on earth is mtn behaving like a *****ster and a ****. After being with them like forever, I'm considering looking for another service provider.
