ON STRIKE _ YOUR PROBLEM NOT OURS
How the heck are we suppose to do business when one of the biggest service providers does not have a contingency plan when staff go on strike......<br> <br> SO when they decide to come back to work the workload is still there and no hurry to get through it I'm sure.<br> <br> TOTALLY IRATE CUSTOMER

I do know how frustrating that this can be, do note that our management teams are aware of this and due to the current protest action being experienced there is delays in our customer touch points.
