ON STRIKE SO WHOLE COMPANY TO A STANDSTILL

You cannot get through to a call centre to report/black list a ****** phone. When eventually you lay a complaint on the complaint line they phone you and tell you its your problem you have to find a MTN shop that's open this is totally unacceptable behaviour. It is not the public's problem that the staff is striking and certain measures should be put into place to assist the public. The signal has also been shocking. We have always been with Vodacom and changed to MTN due to the signal problem but it appears that we might have to go back. We all miss Nashua Mobile where customer service was 10 times better and more personal. I am not interested in being called to try and sort the matter out just sort out your logistical problems.
