***** on our MTN profile actioned by Wonderboom Incredible Connection

There has been ***** on our MTN profile , whereby a MTN resource (T Motsh ) from Incredible Connection Wonderboom Junction Store , added a cellphone number *** to our MTN profile in July 2023. In August we noticed it when the debit amount was unforeseen higher than usually, we have been to MTN Clearwater to complain and they noticed the *****ulent cellphone account against our MTN Profile. A Police case was opened CAS 110/9/2023 for this and the debit order stopped at ABSA Bank. However this persons cellphone number still hasn't been removed from our MTN profile, and every month the debit order is higher because this person is continuing with ***** on our profile. MTN hasn't been able to stop this ***** on our profile and remove this person /cellphone number , and it seems somehow the person gets an OTP and then just continues on our profile. How is this still not rectified and assisted on. This is ridiculous cause this month the account is sitting at R8831.79. Whereby we will have to go back to the ABSA branch again and ask them to reverse the debit order. Please can we have some assistance on this, as this is ongoing for way to long already, and currently our number is cut off and cant be used, as MTN advised to wait as it will take 3 months to solve. The Police SERG. BM NTULI is currently awaiting feedback from MTN, as they have contacted us to find out what is the latest update from MTN.
